Oliver Community Light Up & Fireworks Celebration!

Join the Town of Oliver, Chamber of Commerce, Oliver and District Recreation, Oliver Tourism Association, and the Oliver Light Up Committee for our annual Light Up celebration! This cherished community event is brimming with holiday cheer, family-friendly activities, and unforgettable festive moments.
Festivities kick off at 4:00 PM with downtown Oliver transforming into a pedestrian zone for holiday shopping, food vendors, and a unique wreath competition. At 6:00 PM, Santa arrives, followed by the OES Choir performance and the grand light-up ceremony at 6:30 PM. Festivities continue at Lions Park with a light tunnel, bonfire, and at the Oliver Visitor Centre with an artisan market, beverage garden, and children’s hamper silent auction. Enjoy hot chocolate, festive music, and fireworks at 8:00 PM. Donations to the Oliver Food Bank and Christmas Children’s Hamper are encouraged.

Join us at Spirit Ridge Resort, Winery & Sacred Land for the signature event of the South Okanagan Fire and Ice Festival, happening Saturday, November 29th, 2025, from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
The Fire and Ice Celebration will feature artisan wineries, plus breweries, cideries and distilleries from the South Okanagan, serving up samples alongside curated fire and ice themed food pairings.
Enjoy amazing music from Lewis Cardinal, engaging performance by Kinshira and much more!
