Please join Chef Jeff Van Geest for this special Long-table Dinner for the Fire & Ice Festival event at Miradoro Restaurant at Tinhorn Creek.

Menu:

  • Cryo-extracted heirloom tomato consommé.
  • Sockeye salmon stuffed Okanagan fire morels, burnt wild garlic aioli.
  • Cordero asado – Spanish style fire-roasted lamb with accompaniments.
  • Summer cherry & chocolate semifreddo.
